- First edition printed on Vélin d'Arches paper, limited to 105 copies, including 90 numbered from 11 to 100 (this copy being No. 30).
- Five menu recipes are reproduced in handwritten facsimile, facing (on the right page) an original engraving signed by the artist:
- Bertrand DORNY illustrating "Coulibiac de saumon à la russe" (Catalogue Raisonné of the engraved work No. 194).
- Marcel FIORINI accompanying "Brochet froid en belle-vue".
- Arthur Luiz PIZA magnifying "Côte de boeuf à la bordelaise".
- "Fonds d'artichaut à la florentine" are accompanied by a piece by Paolo BONI.
- "Tarte aux poires Bourdaloue" is sketched by LOUTTRE B.
Condition
- Very fine copy; the slipcase shows a trace of waterstaining with no consequence inside (minor ink transfer from the engravings)
