About the book
Andy WARHOL's first museum exhibition in Paris.
Excerpt from the press release: "Andy Warhol's talent, which spans different artistic fields, can be described as 'Underground Research'. In this exhibition, we have limited the selection of works to the presentation of 5 subjects: the 'Brillo boxes', the 'Campbell soup' cans, the 'Disasters' series, the 'Flowers' and a few portraits. Specially for Paris, Andy Warhol wanted a room entirely dedicated to the image of the cow (see Catalogue), where the repetition achieves such a scale that the subject becomes a wallpaper pattern.". G. Brownstone.
